Specific objectives
We must be able to:
   - Raise the rate of operational research activities
   - Identify operational research activities
   - Adapt and harmonize training and research programs at YGOPH
   - Facilitate access to care for learners in our schools and universities
   - Propose an annual research action plan
   - Propose actions to popularize operational research
   - Ensure the quality of care for the mother and child in our hospital
   - Provide initial practical training of trainees and ongoing training of staff according to the regulatory framework
   - To provide the annual report of the actions of extension of the operational research within YGOPH

For this we have:
   - A committee organizing and monitoring internships with a system for receiving and supervising trainees through qualified personnel and a technical platform of fairly satisfactory size. HGOPY receives trainees from public and private institutions. The number of places available to trainees is 151, ie 101 for the public and 50 for the private sector
   - A constitutional ethics committee whose role is to identify theses and dissertations in our institution and to make a thorough analysis of them
